Join us online on Saturday 1 June at 10am where we will be joined by the incredible artist Kate Moby for the return of Butterfly Conservation’s online craft club.

Inspired by nature, Kate’s work uses a hand carved bamboo pen and powdered ink to draw colourful portraits of the animal kingdom. Stocked in many stores on the High Street you may have already seen her prints for sale.

The focus of this exciting drawing class will be the Peacock butterfly. A common visitor to garden’s all over the UK, this beautiful butterfly will sit pride of place on a Buddleja flower in this colourful and captivating design. Kate will be guiding us through the techniques required to create your masterpiece before we will then draw it on to a greetings card to give away to a friend or family member! There will be two cards included in the craft kit so you can try your hand at creating the same design twice, or making your own second design!

With £10 from every craft box ordered going to Butterfly Conservation, support our vital conservation work across the UK whilst having fun and learning a new skill! To order your craft kit which contains all the materials required visit Kate’s website here.
